Sheena Patel, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (PNS), focusing on mental health and psychiatry.
Sheena has over a decade of clinical experience. She holds a BS in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine and a Master’s in Biology from New York University. She graduated with honors from Long Island University’s Physician Assistant Program in 2010. Her early career spanned Internal Medicine and various surgical subspecialties.
For the past 11 years, Sheena has specialized in Psychiatry at PNS. She treats patients of all ages for conditions including Depression, Bipolar, ADHD, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, and Chemical Addiction. As Director of Clinical Services and lead PA, she is a key member of the management team. Based primarily in Costa Mesa and Orange, she also oversees the hiring, training, and supervision of PAs across all PNS offices.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
An expert in women’s and child psychiatry, Sheena treats patients with ADHD, Insomnia, Depression, PTSD, and Dementia. She is also a member of the PNS Executive Team.
