Brandy Martinez, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant who works at Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (PNS).
Brandy pursued a career in healthcare after completing her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, Physiology from the University of Arizona. Brandy then went on to earn a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She holds CPR and BLS certifications and a membership with the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
Prior to becoming a psychiatric PA, Brandy gained valuable healthcare experience through various volunteer and scribe positions. Most importantly, Brandy volunteered at a free clinic for underinsured patients, where she gained a deep appreciation for the importance of accessible healthcare and inspired her to pursue her career.
Today, Brandy brings this passion and commitment to her work as a psychiatric physician assistant, helping patients navigate the challenges of mental health, while also empowering her patients to take an active role in their treatment, and work collaboratively with them to develop a personalized care plan that meets their needs and supports their mental and emotional well-being. Brandy enjoys traveling, singing, reading, exercising, watching movies, and most importantly, spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
