Jessica Cuevas Rosas, PA-C is a nationally board-certified physician assistant at Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists. A Santa Clarita native, she earned her BS in Biology from The Master’s University and her MS in Physician Assistant Studies from California Baptist University. Since joining PNS, she has focused on diagnosing and treating various psychiatric conditions, with a special passion for addiction medicine and adolescent care.
Jess has extensive experience in addiction recovery, working across settings from detox and residential treatment to outpatient management. Known for her bubbly personality, she prioritizes building strong patient relationships to create treatment plans tailored to individual needs and values.
Outside of work, Jess remains active in her local church by playing guitar in the worship band and teaching Sunday School. She also enjoys the gym, swing dancing, reading, and spending time with her family, including her husband, Carlos, who is also a mental health professional.
