Orlando Bui, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (PNS).
A Southern California native raised in Orange County, Orlando earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Irvine, before completing his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, he worked as a medical scribe at St. Joseph Hospital and as a medical assistant in a local family medicine practice, where he developed a strong foundation in patient care. Throughout his training, Orlando volunteered at free medical clinics serving underserved and low-income communities and participated in food bank outreach programs across Orange County. These experiences reinforced his dedication to serving diverse communities and providing meaningful care to individuals from all backgrounds.
Orlando provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients with a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD. He is committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
Outside of work, Orlando enjoys staying active through basketball, pickleball, golf, and running. He also enjoys hiking, spending time at the beach, and discovering new coffee shops throughout Southern California.
