Krista is a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) at Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists, where she is dedicated to helping individuals navigate mental health challenges with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based care. She believes in building strong relationships with her patients and creating a supportive environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.
Krista earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences after completing bachelor’s degrees in Cell and Molecular Biology and Child and Adolescent Psychology at San Diego State University. She has six years of experience practicing in psychiatry and previously worked in sports medicine, giving her a well-rounded clinical background and a holistic approach to patient care.
Outside of the office, Krista enjoys practicing hot yoga, traveling, and spending quality time with her 10-year-old son. She values balance in both her personal and professional life, and that perspective helps her connect with patients as they work toward improved mental wellness. Krista is passionate about giving back to her community and is committed to providing personalized, compassionate care that helps each patient reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
