Tori Heglar, PA-C

Tori Heglar, PA-C, is a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant at Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (PNS) specializing in treating patients with neuropsychiatric disorders. An Orange County native, she attended University California Santa Barbara, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting. Although always being passionate about medicine and the importance of mental health, Tori obtained her CPA and achieved a successful career in accounting.

Tori’s propensity toward helping others, ultimately resulted in her pivoting to a career as a PA, where she could fulfill her passion of helping others. She obtained her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Western University of Health Sciences.  During her time in school, she dove deeper into the specialty of psychiatry, furthering her passion for helping those with mental health challenges. Prior to working in the mental health space, Tori spent five years working in Neurosurgery. During this time, she found fulfillment in improving patient health and ensuring the highest level of care, focusing on treating the whole patient, through a patient-centered approach. She is driven by her desire to improve patient quality of life in conjunction with the patient.
