Rachel Paganelli, PA-C

Rachel Paganelli, PA-C, MSHS, is a certified Physician Assistant at Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (PNS). Rachel believes not all wounds are visible and works with adult psychiatric patients at the practice’s mental health clinic in Orange, California.

Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland, College Park. After undergrad Rachel gained clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Tech at Luminis Health, Anne Arundel Medical Center, and then as a Clinical Research Assistant at University of Maryland – Shock, Trauma and Anesthesiology Research in Baltimore. Rachel earned a Certificate of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and Anne Arundel Community College collaborative Physician Assistant program while also earning a Master of Science in Health Sciences with a Physician Assistant concentration from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

After graduation, Rachel ventured west and began working in El Paso, Texas as a Physician Assistant with US Border Patrol to provide healthcare to migrants. Now, Rachel practices here at PNS in Orange, California where she helps patients on their mental health journey.
