Madeleine Fajilan, PA-C

Madeleine Fajilan, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant dedicated to supporting her patients along their journey towards mental wellness. Born and raised in the Bay Area, she is passionate about providing culturally sensitive care for patients of all walks of life. 

Madeleine received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis. She then earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from California Baptist University. 

Prior to working as a PA, Madeleine worked as a behavioral therapist for children with autism, patient care aide for the elderly with dementia, and scribe in pediatrics. She has also volunteered with women’s health clinics and shelters for those experiencing homelessness. As a PA in psychiatry, Madeleine enjoys helping to increase access to mental health care and raise awareness about the importance of mental health.
