Pepper Alva, President
Patricia “Pepper” Alva is a proven and highly effective Medical Executive with 15 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has been in leadership at PNS since 2015. Pepper has a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of New Jersey and an Associate’s Degree from Mercer County Community College.

Rachel Ramirez, Director of Special Projects & Process Improvement
Rachel has broad experience in the management of Rehabilitation Facilities, and Medical Offices. Additionally, has contributed creating and applying new processes that are essential at PNS for the comfort and care of our patients.
Daniela Vasquez, Executive Account Manager
Daniela has been with PNS for several years and has experience in all areas of operations and administration. She has an exceptional work ethic and is a key member of our team.
Daniela works with both Dr. Alejandro Alva and Pepper Alva on Addiction Medicine Management and overall implementation of projects.
Danielle Mann, Director of Human Resources
Danielle Mann has over 10 years of Human Resource and Management experience. She has been a successful part of leadership teams where she strengthened company-employee relationships, coaching and change management, and created multiple learning and development programs for employees. She is excited to be part of the PNS team and to help continuously improve an awesome culture and employee experience.
Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Criminal Justice and is passionate about helping others. She feels that working at PNS has been very rewarding because everyone here is like family and they all strive to help our patients feel their best!
Angela Walden, Director of Operations
Angela has spent the last decade gaining extensive experience in the field of behavioral healthcare. She has successfully managed and overseen the operations of several treatment centers and programs. Angela joined PNS in 2023 as the Director of Operations and supports the administrative team with program development, quality improvement and staff management. With a passion for improving the lives of individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues, Angela has made significant impact in the industry through her strategic leadership and has consistently guided her teams toward achieving exceptional outcomes and exceeding industry standards. In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at animal shelters.

Cindy is continuing her studies in nursing. She is a great patient advocate and strongly supports not all wounds are visible.
