The “New Normal” – Mental Health

mother and his children doing groceries

Remember the days when we could plan on going to a concert or sporting event? Seems like it’s been a while. The question is when will that be ok again? Hopefully soon. We’re stuck in limbo so to speak and the concern is whether or not we will be able to have the luxuries we used to enjoy. In the mean time, focus on the positives whatever they may be. Your health, free time, family, friends, your work.. Life is full of changes. Embrace the change and don’t hold on to the past too much. Conversely, don’t ruminate about what the future holds. All we have is the present.

“Yesterday’s the past, tomorrow’s the future, but today is a gift. That’s why it’s called the present.” – Bil Keane
